Each user may operate only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure. Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential. Prohibited Activities

- Verifying an account using a false identity or forged documents is prohibited.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on the bn 88 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Account Suspension, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Bn 88 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances: violation of any provision of these terms, provision of false or misleading information, or fraudulent activity including operating multiple accounts. We typically notify users before closing an account, though immediate action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations. For suspended accounts, any verified legitimate funds will be returned to the user; however, funds obtained through a breach of these terms may be forfeited. Users may also request account closure at any time through our support team, and any outstanding balance will be processed accordingly. Relevant provisions of these terms remain in effect even after account closure.
Changes to Terms
Bn 88 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform and make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
